The Power of Silence

The Power of Silence. Is it just for spiritual circles or can it work in the boardroom also?

Do you accept the invitation to sit in silence as an opportunity or a punishment?

Are you OK with silence and being still?

Spiritual guide Moojibaba often invites audiences and followers to deepen and mature in the awareness of your fundamental nature, your own inner harmony.

“Greater than being with the king of a country is to be in the company of your own Self. Stay only as ‘I Am’—it’s going to be the most profound, wonderfully beautiful recognition for you," he says.

A lot of the elders I have had the priviledge to sit around sacred fire and walk country with have been the same, comfortable with vast silences as they do not need words to communicate powerfully.

Beyond the spiritual circles though, can this concept be applied to leadership and business? I believe so.

Quite often when i am working with leaders in the boardroom is that they need to talk a lot and fill the gaps. They're not comfortable with the silence and they feel the need to fill the gaps.

However what I do see is from powerful leaders is that they are really comfortable with silence and that the deeper they go, the stronger they get.
